Together for a better future – Arbetskamraterna at the Samstart conference in Stockholm
2025-06-10 We had the great pleasure of being invited to the Samstart conference in Stockholm – a day filled with inspiration, wise conversations, and important insights into how we can work together to create better transitions from school to work for young people with disabilities.
Samstart is an EU-funded project run by the Swedish Public Employment Service in collaboration with municipalities across the country. Today, around 140 municipalities are involved, with a common goal: that young people with disabilities receive the support and coordinated efforts they need to take the step into working life – with security, clarity, and hope for the future.
We at Arbetskamraterna work every day toward the same goal – and it was both valuable and inspiring to learn from the experiences the project has now gathered. Being part of a larger context where so many actors want the same thing gives us the strength to continue our work – with even greater conviction.
